• The Service is for educational and informational purposes only
• We are not financial advisors and do not provide investment advice
• EPR scores, analysis results, and insights are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any securities
• You should consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions
• Past performance data does not guarantee future results

Market data displayed on Equily is provided by third-party data providers, including EOD Historical Data. You acknowledge that:

• Data is not necessarily real-time or accurate
• Prices displayed are indicative and not appropriate for trading purposes
• Data may differ from actual market prices
• We aggregate data from multiple sources and cannot guarantee accuracy
• ETF holdings, sector allocations, and geographical breakdowns are estimates based on available data

You should not make trading or investment decisions based solely on data displayed on Equily.

When using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Not use the Service to distribute harmful content
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Equily and others
• Not use the Service for commercial purposes without permission

The following are proprietary to Equily:

• EPR (Equily Portfolio Rating) — Our scoring methodology and algorithms
• Equily Code — Our portfolio notation format
• The Equily name, logo, and branding
• Website design, content, and user interface

You may share your own EPR scores and Equily Code for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary content without permission.

When you publish portfolios or submit content to Equily:

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Equily a license to display, share, and use your content as part of the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms or is inappropriate

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not liable for any trading losses you may incur
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (if any)
